    Ring "Meine Ehre heißt Treue"

    Hello,
It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything. I came across a Nazi Ring, which I purchased (of course!). The pictures are not the greatest, but the words on the bottom say “Meine Ehre heißt Treue”. Inside the ring is the RZ over M in a small circle, and 500 in a smaller box. Can anyone tell me anything about this ring? Thanks to everyone.

these fakes match the same design of the fake belt buckles.
thought these were made in England.

          Why is it a fake?

Ouch! So, how can you tell without actually loooking at it if it is real or not?
I myself am always skeptical of just anything sold nowadays made by the Germans, during WW 2. It just looked interesting, inside was the RZM circled, a number 500 (?), it seemed well worn and had been repaired at one time. I’m a novice at collecting, (I know it shows) so, if it’s a fake, did someone just make all this up? What does the insignia itself represent? So, what’s the give away that says it‘s a fake? Any advice on spotting something not right? Nuff said! Thanks to everyone who's taken the time to respond about the ring.

Rings in this pattern did not exist during the war. This is a well-known fake fantasy ring made many years ago. I believe they were marketed to bikers at one time.

loganlaw8110 , Authentic period rings have a certain look and quality to them.
