SS collar tabs in photo?

What unit is this man? The tab says 6/14 but no skull under the eagle (it looks to be a silver disc) and no black bordered swaz armband, no dagger, but the shirt appears black?

Standarte 14 was from SA-Gruppe Berlin-Brandenburg, and part of Brigade 30.
