Nationality is probably German or Austrian because of the NSDAP membership badge.

The neck downwards looks like standard Allgemeine-SS.

But what the cap is...............

I found more info on this picture.
The guy is from the Sudeten Freiw. (Algemeine) SS.
The cap eagle and uniform is of the first model and the buckle worn with this uniform should be the famous FS buckle.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>

Very interesting.

I'd never seen that 'first pattern' cap before.

I don't know why they changed it - the first pattern badges look much better than the second pattern!
