1. Shoulder bords dos not fit to the tunic (way to wide hamps).
2. Collar openig (with the two upper bottom) does not seems to be merittating
3. Better pics of all the insignias are needed.
Enough about that, the insignia could for all i know be very well ! I hope that the sleeve eagle is - just that one would be a small "fortune" if correct.
