Comments on Flemish made eagle sold on E-stand

Hi all,

I recently sold this eagle on the E-stand to a WAF-member.
After assuring the buyer that the eagle is original and locally WW2 made, I've received a PM of the buyer: a senior collector friend had told him that the eagle he bought from me is a fake. Now, the buyer refers to the E-stand rules and seems to be -more or less- boldly claiming I sold him a fake eagle.

Therefore, please post your opinion on this eagle and it origins so the buyer and his old-school senior collector can learn. I have no problem in taking this piece back... I even urge him to give me this piece back, so I can leave it to someone who appreciates non-German made Third Reich pieces more.

the eagle is original but of a local fabrication, probably Dutch.
