Sleeve Diamond - Opinions please

If someone who understands sleeve diamonds would please give an opinion on this one. First image is the obverse and second image is the reverse. The felt is thin and the patch measures just over 3 1/8 inches (8 cm) tall. The thread is silver gray. Thanks ....Harry C
