    Hohenstaufen Cufftitle

Good morning fellows. I have a chance to pick up this Hohenstaufen Cufftitle.
I haven't owned many of the titles so I would like to get some opinions on this one.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this one.

Looks like a bogus and cheap work, but the thread is original, even the very strange cufftitle, looks to me like a period done cufftitle and the embroidery itself. Hard to tell about the originality, but the item has some kind of chacater and energy.
At least it's a non Pakistani job

Its neither a sure text book original (far from it as this cuff supposedly only existed as a BeVo, and regarding to the style) or like the common repros that I have seen. Quite an interesting one for sure. The execution of the exmbroidery might be original as/if compared to other hand embridered originals. They all differed to some extent. I have to agree with the above, not bad at all. Question is; original or not?

Borders are way off, but is there a chance this is a forign/custom made cuff or not?
Why is the "F" executed in Gothic when the rest is in latin?

Any provenance of this cuff? How broad is it? What is the size in mm?

So far, and with my money, I would not have bought it.

Never seen one like it, but I wouldn't discount it just yet...
