    Early cap eagle ?

    Hi Gent's

    my daily picup is this Cap Eagle .......

    It's made from massiv nickelsilver and messures 50mm

    from left to right .The Swastika background is black .

    Marker mark on backside is RZM 72 for Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart

    It's a right maker for SS eagles .

    I must have reverenz opinions bevor i offer them .

      This style eagle was designated for use on political leader visor caps. If one ended up on an
      allgemeine SS cap, it was a matter of personal taste of the wearer.

            thank you for pictures .

            Other member told me is not SA

            but 100% SS . Therefor my opinions .........

              It is neither SS nor SA, its a 1934 pattern NSDAP (Political Leader) cap eagle. They sometimes turn up on early SS caps, but its certainly not regulation. The SS officially wore the M-29 eagle replaced by the 1936 SS pattern...not opinions, but facts!
