No it is not a "droopy eye" but it is a common fake. Someone recently posted a tropical cap with this fake skull in tropical version... check it out!

I am going to have to agree with Jerry....... this particular type comes in two flavours, silver and gold and has a " monkey look about it ". David

someone else sent me pictures of this very same Ebay cap today, i agree with the other comments above, fake tk, and there were some concerns for me as well with the cap,

That type of fake skull comes in grey, tan, green and brown. They sell as fakes for about $5 each.
