any help please if looks ok and is genuine or not

there are no maker marks or rzm

the eyes and nose are still not blanked out

That looks like an un-finished obverse casting of the Deschler-like unmarked skull to me.

The type certainly did exist , but the complete lack of detail & heavy pitting spell casting to me ..
