Thought so, They are so rare the chance of coming across a real one are slim at best.

Caps in this pattern did (-most probably-) never exist, anyhow such that were factory made.

Original factory made camo caps were made using other patterns and they were made using cotton duck fabric. There are plenty of threads dealing with this topic.
