Hi guys

This is a recent addition to my collection. I know these are attributed to Allgemeine SS troops, but is there a possibility this were used by SS panzer divisions personnel?

A photo from the top would be nice to see the details of.
Is the neck as well marked, felt cover somehow marked,stamped inside or outside?

Would be worn with the black service tunic, or gray- earth gray tunics as well.
W-SS Panzer Div. would got the regular later water bottles, this type was also from SS marked from the early days. Of course in the war times all sources of supplies where used for such water bottles.

Bottle

Nice original piece, and as Robert said, it could have been used throughout the war years. I think it would add an extra bonus to an SS panzer set-up. Icing on the cake.
