Help with Bevo Sleeve Eagle

Hello,
I am hoping to get some help on this newly aquired sleeve eagle, I bought it through a mail auction and didn't get to handle it before buying.
Is this a new type of fake or is it one of those Reitz made ones?
Any help would be welcome.
