I don't like the infantery boards.

hello. these are suppose to be SS shoulder boards. the single for "basic ss"(black uniform). low ranks , 2d pattern. 2d set of combat SS with infantry white piping.
I do not think either is original.
on the set, the piping does not look correct. general construction looks like typically found to day for sale.
single board , looks like there is nylon threads mixed in with the "felt".
the black & aluminum cords look close.
Just my opinion, could be wrong. jeff

If the infantrieboards were bottlegreen and so from the german army, i say ok.
Basketweave piping and a common construction for private purchased boards.
But i have no idea aobut these as SS-boards.
