Hey Guys, had this on the Flag and Pennant section, OFW (Ben) has doubts.
What do you guys think?

I did contact Bill, and he does not remember selling this one to the guy i got it from.
OFW has doubts on size, but what do you think of the bullion itself?

No expert, but the outer circle looks ordinary and lacks what would be expected of an SS item - me thinks anyway.

I have seen this piece before in person at the Max. It is not the norm, but I think it is a totally righteous piece. None of the criticisms from the flag forum add up.

I do not have any knowledge on pennats that is worth to mention. However the style, and the way, the runes are embroidered, and on top of an unterlagen, and with some details that some original rune tabs exhibit, tell me that I would be surprised if it was a forgery.

I agree with OFW on this. The runes are not proportioned correctly and the use of tie-downs is odd and looks cheap.
