Paper RZM/SS tags

Dear all
I found these paper RZM/SS tags together with some more other items...
May I kindly ask for your opinions if they are OK and wherefore were they used ????

Blue for SA/political and Black for SS...

The only original I can spot is the "213" marked paper tag.

Tags

Both SS tags are fake. The other paper tags are fine.
The cloth tags look fake.
