Tropical Cap ......
It would be hard to tell or make judgement on the cap as we would need to see more photos, but I for one am not happy with this tropical skull. I also believe these are fakes due the the odd shape of the head and very square jaw line and its features. IMO this cap bade has not been on that cap very long either. David

The skull is the 'goggle-eyed' fake type which sells for about $2. The picture below shows the grey version of the same skull.Comment

They also do it in green, as below, so probably supply it in brown and tropical as well.Comment
