I remember when I bought in the 80's from Thomas Hoff some SS equipment over one time frame. Everything I received was 401/38 marked.
So, who knows about those pouches. Looks good, I think it's good but who knows for sure. Probably no one I would say.
Of course many collectors have a different experience and knowledge.

The pouches is original.
Found in the attic of an old cottage in Gdynia. Inside were some medication that I tinted.
I sold it to Robert from Gdynia, which it did later, I do not know.
