Hello gents.
I hope you dont mind but I need to pick your brains.
I havent collected much SS things in the past, due to me being pretty unable to
decipher real from fake in most things. Especially decals.
That said, I have seen this tk and wondered if it had a chance of being the real deal. I have done a search on the forum.
With my limited experience, I thought it did, Zimmermann?, or am I still as useless at this as I have always been.
I would really value, some help.
These are the only pics I have for the moment.

For first look it is original one ,499/41 Zimmermann but I need to see reverse of this TK.

Are Zimmermann tks with flat pins good?
and round pins fake?

Hello John,

until now I only saw original Zimmermann skulls with flat pins (apart from the repaired ones). IMO the the round pins could be an indication for a fake one.
But wait for the pictures and the opinions from the other members.

I asked the seller for more pictures, but up until now I have had no response except to say that he sent them to me. His responses are non existant, so I am passing on the TK.

Hello again Jarek, thanks for posting this reverse. I already did a search on these, and saw all 499 Zimmermanns had flat prongs and it was only Assmanns that had the round wire prongs. The seller sent me some pics of the eagle he has to go with the TK and both have round prongs. Although he didnt send a reverse pic of the TK. The writing on the reverse of the eagle did not resemble any originals in the Forums past threads. Based on this information, I will pass on the badges and look for original badges.
