      At a rough guess..? Copies.

They and similar have been sold in Paris for years, I think I may still have one between the pages of a book as a bookmark somewhere.
      All the best

Flanders and Wallonien had crudely made cards...often they have water damage...I think your pieces look too clean, as for the German card I have a similar by Anton...the caption on the back bothers me....

          Hi,

Unfortunately all those cards are well known repros. The cards are too white. Here is an example propaganda card from my collection:

            Hi Rene:

Are you saying that all such (I have seen 5 or 6 patterns) of the SS Belgian (Flanders and Wallone) cards are fantasy pieces...or just that the pictured cards at the beginning of the thread are fakes of real designs?

The card from the 'Legion Flandern' is a real design.

                Hi,

All the designs shown exist but the paper material used to make the cards IMO not ww2 period. Assuming that the cards don't glow they still seem too white and glossy. If you can see via a power magnifying glass the printing you can tell. If there are small dots on the design then is a repro. All these cards have been reproduced.

                  Here is another example,
Notice my LAH card shows more detail in the image. The paper color is different.

                  I hope this helps!

                      HI Rene:

I agree that small dots on German produced cards are a bad sign...you just see small dots on newspaper photos as this is part of the printing process known as screening...however are you positive that the Belgian cards can not have small dots...these are of a lesser quality and all I have examined I believe have the dots. I will have to dig some out later to see if they have the dots, thanks

Also, some of the newer fakes do not have the dots..these dots are used when a printer makes a copy of a design and he brings in screens, which are made in various sizes to bring out the contrast in the design being reproduced. I have seen this firsthand done at a newspaper as my friend is a lithographer. The new fakes do not have dots because they are basically made with high quality computer printers...although some do have lines.
