SS tab help please

Looking for help or advice on looking for a SS tab owner?
Tabs have already been looked at.
Tabs are for Scharfhurer, Fritz Heindorz of Der Fuhrer.
Does any body no were i can find more info on this man?

It certainly would ne nice to see the tabs if possible. Are they normal SS runes or the SS3?
