RZM codes and there makers.....

I’m back with an old question on the producers of the code numbers on some SS/ SA metal items such as Sculls, eagles; buttons and buckles.

I am talking about the code numbers RZM 63 RZM 57, RZM 17, RZM 24, RZM 16.

These numbers can be found on buckles and other SS metal items.

The most logical answer is that these are the M1 numbers for the factories.

RZM 17 is proven to be Assmann. ( Buckles, salesmen plates and cataloque)

RZM 24 is proven to be Overhoff. ( Buckles, salesmen plates)

RZM 16 is proven to be Dr Franke & co. ( Buckles, buttons)

RZM 63 is proven Steinhauer & luck.<O></O> ( Buckles, buttons)

RZM 57... M. Winter ??
Do someone has any medal, insignia, button or any object (SS, HJ or SA) where one can see the RZM 57 together wit the name of M. Winter.

To illustrate the type of proof I am looking for, I post hereby the picture of an RZM political button taken from a SA marine tunic and bearing the markings RZM 16 Dr. Franke. Ludenscheid.

Hi,
We know that "RZM 52" was used on Deschler skulls.
Also, M. Winter used their M5 code on some of their SS overseas cap
buttons "M5/69", as well as "RZM 57".
What is strange to me, is that the "RZM 63" marked skull buttons
look exactly the same on the front side, as the M. Winter buttons.
Apparently, the two makers shared the same dies or maybe one company
worked for the other. They obviously had some kind of connection.

63 and 57 are indeed of the same manufacture; this is valid for the metal insignias, buttons as well as buckles. What I did not find until now was an item bearing the name of winter together with the number 57. Since I posted this post however, I found more documentation.

Please all do not hesitate to post more information on this matter.
