Help Identify Collar Tabs

I visited a Car Boot this morning and bought a mixed box of old badges. Amongst them were two collar tabs and I wondered if anybody could tell me what they are.
I thing they are German as there were quite a few recognizable badges which were definitely German.
I'm not sure what these are so any help would be gratefully received.

Definitely SA, not SS. Black base with silver pip is from SA Gruppe Berlin Brandenburg.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance on the subject as I know very little about German insignia.

The numbers stand for the 12th Sturm of Standarte 56

After taking another look at your picture, the base color of the collar tabs appears to be dark blue. If this is the case, this is Standarte 56 from Wiesbaden, Gruppe Hessen.
