Pith Helmet SS Shields

A friend has this helmet & he is a sucker for anything TR. I have no knowledge of Helmet shields for pith helmets, so I figured I'd throw it up on here for review. Have at it, it ain't mine!

I have seen this pith helmet in hand. The shields are aluminum repros. I also would not believe a later style pith helmet with SS shields. JMO

You probably have not seen this particular helmet, but it's twin. I believed it to have repro shields too, on first sight, when it came over. Ohell, too bad, so sad!!

It is still a nice second pattern helmet and would look fine if you replace the shields with a nice matching set of Heer shields.
