This appears to be a European fake from the early 1980s. The red/brown color is a giveaway. The pockets should be constructed of gray HBT material, perhaps somebody wants to ask the seller about that.Comment

This is the well known "pink" SS smock. I recall seeing these on the market in the very early 1980's. Some people like them, others do not. I do not feel qualified to give an opinion; but I think I would not buy one of these due to the controversy about them.
