These look like ones the Turd Reich Depot were selling a few years ago.

Oh and by the way a 'P' Heer cypher was for Panzer Jager, panzer would have black tongues and backing.

Ian, I am not 100% clear on if there was a set rule for the tongues. Granted, tongues with a black top and green bottom would be ideal, but there are 3 possibilities.... 1. All green tongues, 2. Black tops, green bottoms, 3. all black. I believe there is also an understanding that a combination thereof was used interchanable with army panzer and SS panzer. Perhaps others can chime in on this. Again, I am referring specifically to the tongue portion.
