I was looking to get some opinions on this SS hat, it is a little beaten but overall it looks it's age but like any SS item I ever look at I have to ask you guys for the final opinion.

The only thing real here are the pebbled buttons which are incorrect for this cap.
Such enlisted/NCO caps should have plain black buttons.
These buttons are actually officer's shoulderboard buttons!
Everything else is garbage I'm afraid! Run!

Another woolly mammoth? That hairy cap fabric and piping is very commonplace on fake ss visors, especially em/nco variants for some reason. Jacques
