2 strange arm eagles

Hi! I´m just curious , found this 2 eagles at weitze´s sight, and what I have red here ,he sometimes/often puts some fakes in between hes good stuff. And I wonder is these eagles really good ? I have never seen this style of eagles before and I´m just a new bee but are not those fakes? Or did they exist?

Can't comment on the printed eagle but the other is widely considered to be fake ... in fact only Herr Weitze seems to have them in stock and on uniforms in his shop.
