More informattion is needed. 1. What is the metal thingie that says "The Crown"? These buttons aren't the type normally found on Nazi political-style breeches. That white tag looks brand new - post a better picture if possible. I may be wrong, but the striped interior looks more like what is found in a jacket. I don't remember seeing that material in breeches interiors. Could you describe any stains in detail? Just kidding. I'll post some early political-style breeches later in the week.

I just noticed that the white, striped material I mentioned earlier around the inside waistband is hand stitched or repaired. I also noticed the inside buttons appear to be different. From the photos, the inside buttons might be OK. They should be smooth, and not textured in any way, other than the concave indention for the thread holes.

Strange if the germans had used english language when they marked the button or what it is (the crown).
