I wouldn't consider my opinion better informed than yours but I have no doubt, those are good ss infantry straps .

For sure Typically those I love with zig zag stiching on the black cloth and straight on the green.

I have very carefully read all of the previous comments and I have spent many hours looking through the library, but I would like to be 100% sure before I procede with the transaction.

So my question is,

Does anyone have any reason to believe that these boards are not an original period manufactured set of SS Inf Shoulder Boards?

I would greatly appreciate all comments and opinions regarding these boards.

thats is hard to explein.. why black is realy black or why white is realy white,who can confirm?,my advice for you is ...try another hobby.

This set is about as nice & original as they get. As was stated earlier they dont appear all that often.

I actually agree 100% with your comment and I am not offended by it.
(I also respect your opinion as to their originality)
And yes, when I began collecting in the early 1970s, things were much different than they are today.
