skull and collar tab

Was wondering about this piece, I know this is not regulation having a metal skull on this tab but was wondering if either or both pieces are originals. I see that there is an extra puncture thru the tab

It would have to be cheap, you may not be able to move it along again in a hurry ... unless Robin fancies it

but do either of the pieces seperately look ok?
I know it doesn't help the tab much with multiple holes
in it.
