SS KC winner ribbon bar

This is the only one SS item in my collection.
This ribbon bar belonged to LAH Kc winner officer Heinz Nowotnik.
He is wearing the exact ribbon bar at the photo of his soldbuch, which photocopies I have also.

Oh...I got it from the group, where were insignias, docs...
Also is the exact at the soldbuch photo. I would love to have an scan for post it...
Group was sold by Detlev and is in several collections. last items sold were the soldbuch, the ribbon bar and a board.

but it comes from the same grouping...

- can't fully see the CoA,,but it doesn't seem to mention it came from this group you mention..He says it came from the man but,,,... really without some sort of provanance for the bar, [like a group photo with it in there] you have at best a $70. ribbon bar there..
