The embroidery is not stunning...but they are made correctly, and they use that corded/woven type piping that I've seen on numerous early SS boards. I lean towards these being original.

Could we see the whole tongue of the boards?

I for one have not seen that particular type of piping, and I mean that exact type on fakes. I am always willing to be enlightened. I don't get around to shows a lot.

Those have been sitting unsold for quite some time now and it's not the price IMO.

Pre -war direct embroidered are very well done... something these lack.

This is what I would expect to see .

Good points Steve. One would expect much nicer embroidery. Could these have been original early SS boards that have been modified with post war substandard embroidery? Not defending them...just curious.
