    Looks like the fat SA piping to me. Gruppe Berlin/Brandenburg used the black color.

      I like it more than I don't, the wear seems consistent and I like the materials and construction, but looking at the way the cloth is trimmed on the back, I've never seen an example where pinking shears were used.
