    SS armband opinions please ,,,,,,,

    Been in my collection for about 15 years . Good or bad ? Appears unissued as its never been sewn together . Also , does anyone know the significance of the ink stamps on the reverse ? One looks like "98" . The other I cant make out at all . All opinions appreciated.
