Any opinions on this M43 cap on the E-stand?


I'm liking it at first sight... but just to be sure...

Nice stripped cap 400 euros
+ Nice used trap 350 euros
-----------------------------------------------
TOTAL 750 euros

As said, good salty cap but with very likely reapplied trap badge (matches nicely though)...

Therefore you will never know for sure if you have bought a basic W-SS or Heer cap.

Just a question about the cap itself,
I have owned 2 in the past made with similar wool, thiner than usual
and with no nap on one side...foreign origin?
