SS Shoulder strap opinion wanted

In all my years of collecting this is the first SS shoulder board I've ever had. That being said I was hoping to get some opinions as to the originality of the piece. Not one of my out of the woodwork pieces, this was bought by a collector years ago and recently sold to me. I hit it with the black light and it did not glow, so that's a plus. Thanks in advance
