Collar Tab
I'm not so sure if it is bad. Sharper pictures are in order but http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...LS+COLLAR+TABS posts 3 & 4 bear a look and reading.
The RZM tag, to me, looks like a reprint of an original (color is disturbing) but this may be due to the quality of the photos.
Not sure what is going on with the piping where it is collected at the lower right hand corner. Strange object just below the ends.

I would have it in my collection. It is a hard to find maker.

Peter, it is a different photo of the tag, taken in the same lighting but higher resolution. Can I focus on one portion of the tag, or certain portions of the front of the tab to help authenticate this more definitively?HC

I have owned the types with the stems on the acorns. I think this collar tab is OK, just another maker. I believe there was a discussion on the different makers of the SS general's collar tabs.
