I doubt anybody will shed light other than 'waffen ss'
i don't see anything to tell regiment, division etc
no cuffband, shoulder cyphers, arm shields etc, etc

The tunic tells us this dates from '42 onwards and judging by the pale piping on the straps the guy isn't from an artillery or engineer unit, other than that we haven't anything to go on.

Any unit within the Waffen SS is possible. Regarding the Schulterklappe, which is adorned with l i g h t colour of Waffenfarbe, no Pioniere. Infantry/Panzer/Logistics/cavalry? Who knows...
