Waffen SS Helmet Cover oppinion , please

thank you for your oppinion. I have just bought Waffen SS Helmet Cover on military show in Prag. According to my experience the cloth is 100% WWII probably from original Zeltbahn. Threads are original too. Clips have correct dimension but I have never seen steel ones with aluminum pins and knobs ( but such constrction is very probably). Knobs seems to be a bit smaller than on original pieces I know.

My feeling is that this helmet cover is made from original Zeltbahn but made nowadays. Am I right ........

have seen at last two from this fakes in hand,with the same clips,cloth is not good my friend.

..I saw the Cover too, it was the Guy downstairs left near to the Messe Entrance. I inspected the Cover by Hand and I did not bought it because it was obviously a Fake. I just wasn´t shure that this is original Cloth. IMO it is no original Cloth I agree with my Friend Besslein; Cloth seems to be the typical "Waffel-Muster" SM Wholesale is using. The Cover was rather Expensive for a Fake. Normally you pay the Half for a Fake from original Cloth..

yes, exactly it was bought from the guy with scopes.

I loose some money on it but it's new experience for me.
