Agreed completely, probably started life as a BGS tunic before it was dyed black.

This is remanufactured from a post war uniform. First glance, the cuffs are completely wrong. And as someone mentioned, it's a dye job, as you can see where the label was removed from the inner pocket AFTER the uniform was dyed. And the UV light test would not fare well for this one, that's for sure. Plus, many problems with the quality and general design of the insignia.
Value is very little, as you can get a much better (but still not great) repro from China for $60.Comment
