    Allach on ebay

Do eBay have some new policy regarding Allach porcelain? Been following some auctions, very uncompromising pieces (Bär mit kugel, junger Dackel etc) recently and they were all cancelled by ebay.
No big suprise eBay being nazi about (innocent) pseudo-nazi porcelain. They were not even showing the sig runen.

It figures. Ebay is run by morons. They really need to spend their time "policing" other issues.

Dont forget of course the people who ask for the auction to be cancelled by offering the buyer a good price.

That's right! Did you get any follow up offers? The stigma is when it's at the last moments and you have a decent bid(s) topping it. This happened to me on several occasions by these a$$holes.

Sometimes when you list german stuff on ebay, if you make a mistake and add international shipping, they most likely will kick the item off, ive noticed when i list something thats ww2 german and ship within the United States the item does not get kicked off, unless some jerk reports it.

In those cases the ended auctions are still visible in your list "ended watched auctions" - but when they were kicked-out by epay, they are totally gone

The people running that platform never act - they only react, to actions/claims of members.

              What does that mean?

Two possible actors: people who admire Allach or people who hate it.

Luckliy I had been in contact with one of the sellers before and were able to make a deal outside ebay.
She also wondered why they were removed by ebay. So we can exclude someone trying to make an offer and conclude that somebody had reported the auction.
Got them at a decent price, so lucky me.

                      .
I've had many delayed auctions pulled by eBay before the auction went public. There was nobody who could have seen the auction to complain about it other than eBay's own staff. So indeed, they do seek stuff out to kick off.

There was a program on one of the cable news channels last year called "The eBay Effect". They showed a room full of people whose job it is to seek and pull auctions of prohibited items. Hey, with an income of $3 million a day, they can afford to police their own site.

Even with all that money, ebay could not buy California!

Once things start getting "popular", they start getting banned.
EK's for example, long ago they knew it has a Swaz.
People tried posting just the back, or no pic at all, doesn't matter.
They are well known enough so that you can't list a WW2 EK.
SA daggers also, are well known to have the Evil Symbol on the grip, so you can't just post a shot of the blade and hope it coasts through.

Allach was relatively obscure until recently.
As the sales picked up, they became aware that Allach has SS runes on the bottom, hence it violates their hate policy.
A victim of its own success, I guess you would say.

Once you have an item pulled for violating their prohibited items policy, they will check every auction you post in that category, and it won't see the light of day until it is scrutinized.
If I post a coin or stamp in German WW2, it can take up to 24 hours to appear in the listings, so its pretty obvious my account has been flagged, since I have been busted before.

Watched the show at CNBC and it's obvious eBay are certainly not one of the good guys.
Here in Sweden they tried with their own site for a couple of years but garnered no success, as they were not the first on the market. So instead the bought up the rival and are now the only decent alternative. A few others have tried but have not won any market shares died a painful and slow death.
Though my country are one of the worst assailants of free speech and world champions in political correctness, nazzzzzeee items are still allowed, even after three years of eBay rule. This is one equation I can't solve.
The norwegians and danes have their Qxl.xx and I get a good feeling everytime I buy an item from those sites. I guess it's just a matter of time before they are acquired by eBan.
