I think a higher RZM code would be in order...perhaps an 'F' to reflect the time and effort going into the construction,they weren't working for a handful of rice even back then.Perhaps an all-round baddy.

I have seen these normally carry a D series tag but that doesn't mean that there have not been instances where these items have been originally mislabeled or legitimate labels applied postwar.
