Private purchase, but it does look OK. I have seen period photo`s of this or very similar to this. Did you get this recently?

Saw one this weekend, looked a bit different, I suppose it can be private purchase, I prefer textbook example on items such like this, Just my 2 cents

There were original period cuff titles made in this way they were of Czechoslovakian origin, the ones i have handled were though 6 strand, they do have this type of thick embroidery, I do not know if i really like your example though as this type have been faked,your example does show differences in the type of aluminium wire, the band looks like 7 strand also and there is differences in the lettering as well
