Ribbed Turtleneck Shirt/Sweaters - Info & Pics needed

I am doing some research on the ribbed turtleneck sweater/shirts that you see being worn under the service tunics. If anyone has any information and/or pictures of these shirts it would be appreciated.

I came across a picture (portrait style) a few weeks back of a very young SS or possibly Heer soldat wearing a white ribbed turtleneck and a M-43 cap and unfortunately I cannot find the picture again. If anyone has this picture (and any others) and could email it to me it would be appreciate.

LOL, I just posted a thread concerning info. on the M-1942 sweaters (turtleneck). There is a pic of one, not a good pic in Uniforms & Traditions Vol. 1. As for the SS soldat in a white turtleneck, that maybe Hans Schmift. His book just came out and a picture of him fitting the description is on the cover:

I can't remember if I read it somewhere or someone who had the book told me, that he spoke about the sweater he got (can't remember the story), but it was the one he wore in the picture. I am pretty sure that the sweater he was wearing was not Heer issue, but aquired elsewhere. Hans also comments on various other things pertaining to uniforms and how they wore them, but the book is also filled with the old SS way of thought (propaganda).

There is a few other good late war pics of the sweaters being used in Brian Davis' book, German Army Uniforms & Insignia 1933-45. There is two I know off hand and both are a dark color resembling that of the earlier model "vests". I have some pics as well (just can see the sweater being worn by the top of the collar), but nothing of a difinitive construction and pattern shot.
