It is a put together tunic out of a Heer m43. For starters the tropical eagle is out of place on this tunic and all the insignia, if real, is sloppiliy applied. Plus the shoulder boards are most likely reproductions.Comment

Another 6 button M43 Heer/wehrmacht conversion (=creation)....
with added (partially Dachau depot unissued) Croation insignia, to include a tropical sleeve eagle.
All components appear to be OK and even the tunic stands a chance, but would need better images of the tropical sleeve eagle
and straps to make a judgement...those might be repros...
Btw the EK2 ribbon is too high...would be OK in the second button hole if it had been a 5 button (SS) M43 tunic which it is notComment
