sorry but I dont have pics to the CZ rings. I believe Gaspare pointed that one has been posted on GDC. Also, I never said that they were fakes as Ive never seen them. I was only told that they have surfaced recently from CZ.

Eujin, as already stated: Be very careful with ground dug TK rings. Around one and a half year ago i was offered (And almost bought) a ground dug SS ring.
Think it was priced to 7500 euro at the time, supposedly ground dug in russia, it was also "researched" to a SS Obersturmbannführer (A Famous one, which name i don't recall now). The whole thing was bogus....................
I will see if i can find the photos.

I'd like to see how the claimed dug ring from CZ looks like.
Thanks again for the headsup.
Have you just returned from your trip to Germany?

I'd like to see how the claimed dug ring from CZ looks like.
For example: Five days old dug ring (supposedly) on CZ web. Missing "E" in Himmler name. Right error item or fake?

Gahr was deceased at that date, ok. but these rings were still arwarded after gahr was deceased. so another jewelry has engraved the rings...

Karolina certainly was NO engraver.

Who told you that Karolina Gahr was not able to engrave rings?
If she was smart and skillful enough to run the business of her deceased husband alone she must have been an allrounder which was not unnormal for good craft(wo)men at that time anyway.
Of course they had already very talented personell like Ziseleure, Graveure and Gold- und Silberschmiede in the earlier time so she probably was mainly responsible for the design, development and construction of new pieces at the end of 30ties and in the 40ties - but I bet she was very well able to engrave a ring as well.
The Gahr company was always on first front regarding production and working methods, they were even able to decorate and handle Goldgranulat which was something to be proud compared to the abilities of other jewelries at that time.
