Skull prong repair??

Can anyone recomend someone who can do a professionall job replaceing broken prongs on a Cap Skull? Or is that something a local jeweler could do?

Had a pin repaired on a TK of mine a few weeks ago by this user wh014d4394 (his name is Jimmy).
