Hi

I posted this along with a few other items recently but not a lot was said about it. I was hoping to get some oping the originality of this eagle- I believe it is a 3rd pattern and is marked M1/167 for Hicke

Yes, this one is 100% original. This is for Slav foreign SS as mentioned and were produced by Hicke. Not as desirable as the regular SS insignias, but real and very neat. I know of a few that have came out of the woodwork and they do not all have the swastika. The rest of the eagle is just the same as the regular 167 eagles.
