            They look salty and great.
            Are they completly untouched?

There are 50 or more un-issued SS tunics for every example like the two posted above, combat worn with original attached insignia. More so given the presence of the cufftitles.

                    Houtjes Grouping

I figured that I would post one of my favorite untouched SS Pieces that would fit in quite nicely! It is part of an amazing and very well known grouping. It is the Houtjes grouping. To my knowledge it is one of the best surviving groupings having the tunic with a picture of the soldier wearing that exact Tunic, his SS Overcoat, SS Fuhrerschein, box of his Insignia, period painted picture of him wearing the tunic. This grouping is also featured in the Beaver Books. The tunic is separated from the overcoat in the books. For now I will just post a couple pics!

Sorry, I could not post the other pictures that I took from my phone so I had to use my iPad which does not have a very good camera. I also could not figure out how to turn the picture the correct way.

I figured it out, I had to shorten the picture up a bit. This is the Overcoat. Again, sorry for the bad pic.

When you have to wear the same tunic for weeks or months at a time in combat before you can wash (and get a good delousing) that's how I imagine it would look like.
